Return Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

We care about your online shopping experience and we will do our best to help. 

 

You can return or exchange any unopened defective merchandise within 14 days of delivery for free. 

And the cost of other returns is on your expenses.

 

Product returns are only eligible for:

- unused and unwashed items

- with a receipt or proof of purchase

- with original tag and packaging

The above policy does not apply to pre-orders, custom-made orders or sale items.

 

For any returns or exchanges request, submit the Return & Exchange form, and we will connect with you within 1-2 working days to arrange the details. It is important to be reminded that your order number and contact method should be included. 

 

When returning your order, please kindly attach the invoice or order no. inside the parcel for our reference. We will process your refund and exchange right after receiving your return items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your parcel.

Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 20-30 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, we will contact you for further instructions.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or change our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
